DELIVERY

Dispatch

We appreciate that you will want to receive your purchase promptly, so we aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days of you placing it on our website. In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, then we will contact you to advise of the estimated timeframe.

 

Delivery Options

During check-out, you will be presented with a delivery option, or options, depending upon your delivery location to choose from. Where next day delivery is presented as an option, please note that this applies to orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Any Next Day orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Any Next Day orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, or anytime on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday (in UK / Northern Ireland), will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery the subsequent day.

Delivery timeframes will depend upon the delivery option selected at check-out.

 

Delays

In the event that there is a delay with your order we will contact you to notify you, so please ensure the contact information that you have provided is accurate and up to date. If the revised delivery date is unsuitable, then please let us know and we will cancel and refund your order.

 

Shipping Couriers

We want you to receive your purchase safely and efficiently, so have selected the following trusted shipping couriers with this in mind: Royal Mail and Fastway.

If you provide any instructions in relation to the delivery of your order (e.g., for the courier to leave the goods in a specific place, or with a neighbour) you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of these instructions and we will not be liable to you in relation to any loss or damage to the goods resulting from your instructions being followed.

 

Pricing

Shipping prices are automatically provided on our website. Simply add the required items to your basket and view postage costs on the basket page of our site. Please note that depending on the size, weight and dimensions of some parcels there may be additional costs incurred in shipping and you may be contacted for additional payment.

 

International Shipping

If your destination country is not listed as an option for delivery during check-out, then please contact us on connect@equine-x.com for a tailored quote.

Note:

  • Local legislation may apply additional taxes, fees or levies. Any customs or import duties charges when the goods have reached the destination are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. We are unable to advise of the cost of any of these charges as they vary from country to country. It is also your responsibility to determine whether there are any restrictions that may affect the delivery of your order in your selected destination. You should contact your local customs office for any further information.
  • Please note that Equine-X Ltd will not ship to a country where an existing trade embargo with the United Kingdom is in place, as available at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/current-arms-embargoes-and-other-restrictions#countries-subject-to-arms-embargo-trade-sanctions-and-other-trade-restrictions.

Returns Packaging

  1. Please complete the Returns Form and include it in your return package.
  2. Please ensure the returns packaging is suitable for transit and will prevent damage. This is important as we are unable to accept returns that have damaged packaging.
  3. Use a tracked postage service. We do not accept any liability for goods being return that are lost in the post or by a courier.
  4. The cost of returns is at your own expense.
  5. Retain your proof of postage.

 

Other Important Notes

  • Please do not return any opened products.
  • Please do not soil, write on or mark (e.g., with sticky labels or other) the product being returned.
  • We are unable to accept returns if the product is opened or tampered with in any way.

 

Faulty Goods

If your parcel should look damaged upon arrival, then please do not sign for it, or accept it.

You should refuse the parcel as being damaged during posting.
