Why You May Choose to Feed CONNEXION®
When fed at the recommended feed rate, CONNEXION® provides a 500kg horse with 150mg of the mineral Silicon a day. The Silicon source is highly bioavailable (64%) and is manufactured under pharmaceutical grade standards to be micro-encapsulated with a natural fibre prebiotic, Acacia Gum. This stable Silicon source is combined with the limiting (indispensable) essential amino-acids of Lysine, Threonine and Methionine, which are present in a 5:3:2 ratio representative of the ratio these protein building blocks are found naturally occurring in horse tissue, and which are often in short supply in a horse’s diet.
Silicon, Lysine, Threonine and Methionine are each associated in their own way with positive benefits to connective tissues. Examples of connective tissues are tendons, ligaments, cartilage, muscles, bones and even immunity.
Given the athletic demands placed on horses both in training and at competition, as well as the modern-day expectations of leisure horses, these connective tissues can no doubt benefit from additional wellbeing and performance support and is also why you may choose to feed CONNEXION®.
When to Feed
Feed CONNEXION® as part of your daily routine for horses:
• In training;
• Performing intense work;
• At maintenance;
• During times of rehabilitation;
• When supporting their connective tissue system (e.g., tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bones and immunity) is important to you.

Additives (per kg): Nutritional Additives: L-Lysine monohydrochloride (HCL), technically pure [3c322] 325,600mg, L-Threonine [3c410] 195,400mg, DL-Methionine, technically pure [3c301] 130,200mg.
Analytical constituents: Crude Protein 52.7%, Crude Fibre <0.1%

Feeding Guidelines
A feed material intended for complementary use for horses and ponies, brought to you by Equine-X®.
To be fed as part of a balanced diet, exercise and management programme. Horses and ponies should always have access to fresh water.
Feeding guidelines per day provided as number (#) of 15ml scoops. Each 15ml scoop provides approximately 7,700mg of CONNEXION®.

Introduce to diet gradually over a period of 7 to 10 days, mix thoroughly with feed and split between meals where possible.
Representative example based on a 500kg horse:
- 60 days supply at Maintenance / Light / Moderate Work.
- 30 days supply at Intense Work / Times of Additional Need (for example, periods of box rest or rehabilitation).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature with lid firmly secured.
Keep out of reach of children.
Packaging
CONNEXION® is provided in a screw-top jar with comfort handle, which makes opening and closing very easy. It can also be used as a carrying handle.
There is a separate lid which ensures that the contents of the screw-top jar are reliably protected against external influences, as well as a tamper evident ring.

A 15ml recyclable PP scoop is also provided.

I started trialing Connexion over a month ago and have absolutely no complaints. Ponies are looking great, feeling fantastic and performing well at both showjumping and eventing. I use this product to support and boost the role of connective tissue throughout the body. Definitely a product I will be keeping as part of my daily routine.
